Dear Colleagues,

Breach of Trust, edited by Peter Birks and Arianna Pretto, has just been published by Hart. The aim of the book is to critically examine and modernize the learning on this area of law.

Congratulations go to ODG members Lionel Smith and Joshua Getzler who contributed chapters on Transfers and Duty of Care, respectively.

I look forward to reading my copy!
