Subject: Special Issue of the Supreme Court Law Review

Dear Colleagues,

Butterworths has just released volume 17 of the Supreme Court Law Review (2d), which is titled "The Joy of Torts" and contains a collection of 15 articles on tort law by many leading Canadian tort scholars. The volume is a tribute to Justice Allen Linden's contributions to the law of tort as a teacher, scholar and judge. Many of the articles flow from papers presented in Montreal in May 2002 at the National Judicial Institute's Civil Law Seminar and the tort law professors' seminar. The volume is edited by Stephane Beaulac (Montreal), Stephen Pitel (Western Ontario) and Jennifer Schulz (Toronto).
