Law Journals
Dear
All,
Does
anyone know of any Canadian journals that publish short LQR case notes
(something similar to the e-mail about the AVCO
case)? If there are none, do you think that perhaps one of the more national
journals which has a academic/practitioner focus should be approached
to see if they might be interested in turning to the LQR style? I find
that there are quite a few cases that are interesting enough to write
a short note about but which would not justify the usual Canadian case
comment (i.e. which is really a not so short article on cases of great
importance).
In
my mind, this lack of an outlet leaves, as Lord Goff might say, a lacuna
in legal academia.
