Dear all,

in a recent email to the ODG Jason Neyers wondered whether there were any law journals in Canada that were interested in running short case comments of the sort that appear in the LQR.

I am associate editor of the Canadian Business Law Journal, and we certainly welcome such comments. We like the longer ones too, but we very much wish we received more short ones.

Of course we only publish material in the commercial law area, and not everything of interest to the ODG falls within that area. But I think that many matters of interest to the ODG would be of interest to the CBLJ's readership.

So send me your short case comment by all means.
