Dear Colleagues

The latest edition of the Journal of Obligations and Remedies has now been published. The current journal consists of four articles:

(1) an article on the impact of the Sale and Supply of Goods to Consumers Regulations 2002 on the remedies available under the Sale of Goods Act 1979 by Christian Twigg-Flesner;

(2) an article on vicarious liability for the acts of violent employees following Lister v Hesley Hall Ltd by David McArdle;

(3) an article on Employer's Liability, the course of employment and non-delegable duties: comparisons with discrimination law by Mick Woodley, and

(4) an article on creating a coherent law of estoppel by yours truly.
