Hold The Date!
Dear
Colleagues:
On
June 9-10, 2006 the Faculty of Law of the University of Western
Ontario will be hosting a conference, the theme of which is Emerging
Issues in Tort Law. The purpose of the conference is to bring together
the academy, the judiciary and the bar to discuss undertheorized
and underexplored areas of tort law that are likely to examined
by appellate courts in the near future.
The
official registration form for the conference will not be available
until the new year but I wanted to take this opportunity to invite
ODG members to the conference, as I know that many of you plan next
year’s travel around this time. To this end, I have attached the
preliminary program
to this e-mail. I hope that you will find that the high quality
of the presenters makes this an attractive event for those teaching
and writing in the law of obligations.
Should
any of you be potentially interested in attending, please let me
know and I will make sure to send you the official program in the
new year.
Sincerely,
--
