Subject: Suggestive Case Names

I fear the directions this threat could head, but can suggest:

A.B. v. Stubbs (1999), 44 O.R. (3d) 391 (S.C.J.) S.T. v. Stubbs (1998), 38 O.R. (3d) 788 (Gen. Div.)

Both were attempts to anonymously bring a claim against a doctor for negligent performance of a "penis enlargement procedure". I teach these in Civil Procedure, not Tort, on the open courts issue.
