Subject: Recent publications on the two masters issue

Dear Colleagues;

Very encouraging to see notes by two members of this forum on the question of dual/joint vicarious liability in the most recent issue of LQR- Jason “Joint Vicarious Liability in the Supreme Court of Canada” (2006) 122 LQR 195-201 {on Blackwater} and Robert “A Servant of Two Masters” (2006) 122 LQR 201-205 {on Viasystems}. Both very interesting and helpful, and I was able to put them on the reading list for students in my Torts class this week on Vicarious Liability. Just thought I'd mention it in case others haven't seen them yet.
