Subject: Obligations III and IV

Congratulations to Charles Rickett, Darryn Jensen and the TC Beirne School of Law at the University of Queensland on the tremendously successful Obligations III conference held in Brisbane this week on the theme of 'Justifying Remedies in the Law of Obligations'. Those present enjoyed hearing some great papers and participating in some very stimulating discussions. Members of the list who were not able to attend the conference but are interested to see what papers were presented will find the conference program here.

Obligations IV will be held in Singapore in July 2008, and will be co-hosted by the National University of Singapore, the Singapore Academy of Law and the University of Melbourne. Details of dates, theme etc will follow in due course.
