Subject: Last bastion of incompetence?

Dear Colleagues;

In the interests of full disclosure I thought members of the list might be interested in the following article in the Sydney Morning Herald reporting the NZ decision in Chamberlains and bemoaning the continuing negligence immunity of barristers in Australia. I guess we may see another influx of lawyers into Australia from across the Tasman! (No, that's not meant as a subtle dig at the Kiwis here!)
