Subject: Case name?

Dear all,

I have some scratchy notes on a public nuisance case in which only a handful of people were affected by the smell of a burning corpse. The number of people affected were - according to my notes - too low for there to be any prospect of a tort claim based on public nuisance succeeding. Trouble is, I can't for the life of me recall what the case is called? Does anyone happen to know this case (and where it is reported).
