Dear Colleagues:

The new issue of the Torts Law Journal has two articles by ODG members.

Peter Benson has an article on "The basis and limits of tort recovery for general average contribution economic loss" which argues that general average is not an exception to the non-recovery of economic loss but rather is consistent with basic private law principle.

And Neil Foster has an article on "Personal civil liability of company officers for company workplace torts".
