The Achilleas is out, and seriously good it is as well.

List members Kramer, Tettenborn and (especially) Robertson heavily relied upon, although counsel hadn't bothered to cite them. Lord Hoffmann seems to have done some wider reading. Good for him.

Hale's speech is odd. She states that the result, with which she is concurring, is doubtful.
