ODG members may be interested in the appearance of B McFarlane, The Structure of Property Law, recently published by Hart. It discusses (inter alia) the relationship between obligations and property law in England and related jurisdictions (looking e.g. at wrongs protecting property rights; obligations that may be imposed on recipients; the nature of equitable property rights etc).
