The 20
papers cover a range of topics..and I see that one of them (by Sarah
Worthington) is about tracing, everyone’s favourite subject!
Frank Rose
is known to all scholars of the law of obligations for his contributions to the
field, and for his multi-decade role as editor of the Restitution Law Review
and the Lloyd’s Maritime and Commercial Law Quarterly. His work goes far beyond
that, however, and includes authoritative contributions in maritime law and
other fields of commercial law and common law, and other editorships as well.
For the
time being at least, orders through the web site give a 30% discount on the

Bravo to
Charles and Stephen, to all of the contributors, and especially to the great
Frank Rose!
