Please find
attached a call for papers for the 'Charting the Future of Private Law in
Aotearoa New Zealand Symposium' which will take place at the University of
Otago, Faculty of Law, on Monday 10 February 2025. The keynote speaker is New
Zealand Supreme Court Justice, The Honourable Sir Stephen K s KNZM. The general
theme is private law broadly understood, and including its interaction with
other areas of law, as well as other legal orders (and jurisdictions, so
perspectives from outside ANZ are more than welcome! -although I appreciate we
are, perhaps, a little far away for most-). Please feel free to circulate
