A Question
Colleagues,
Does
anyone know of any authority which might support the following contention:
"the charitable purpose trust is a juridical institution recognized
around the world as one of the distinctive inventions of English
law."
I
have been poking around for a while but have found nothing especially
helpful beyond the famous Maitland quote dealing with trusts in
general. Any suggestions would be greatly appreciated.
Sincerely,
--
