Subject: Inducing breach of contract

Dear Colleagues:

For those of you who might be interested, the HCA has recently released its decision in Zhu v The Treasurer of the State of New South Wales. The case is noteworthy since it attempts to delimit the scope of the defence of justification for the tort of inducing breach of contract.
