Subject: Very large attachments

Could I ask the members of this discussion group *not* to send messages with very large attachments?

Some of us have limited amounts of email storage, including myself. Jason's message with the very large attachment (due to graphics, pdf status etc.) overloaded my email box, and my other email will have been bouncing for several hours now, and could have bounced into tomorrow morning if I hadn't been able to sign on now.

If possible, could messages include cross-references to web locations where info with graphics and formatting that inflate size can be found, instead of sending them to everyone as attachments?
