Asbestos compensation update

On returning to the UK from the conference I discover that Tony Blair is to overturn the effect of the Lords decision in Barker.

I have heard independently that the Association of Personal Injury Lawyers is hopeful of securing this legislation. Will it happen?? So much for the politics of tort ??
