The Journal of Tort Law ("JTL") a new interdisciplinary, peer-reviewed, on-line journal published by Berkeley Electronic Press has just released its first issue, which features articles and/or commentary by Robert Cooter, Richard Epstein, Keith Hylton, Richard Nagareda, and Arial Porat.
