Subject: Factual causation, of course, and scraping deeper

Dear Colleagues

For those who have lives so haven't been following along, version 33 of my (almost) real-time recounting of the Canadian post-Resurfice factual causation morass - aka "Scraping The Surface" - is now up on my firm's web site. It's up to about 43,000 words so I'm not entirely just scraping any more. Feel free to use (or abuse) as you see fit. All comments welcome, of course.

It's probably fortunate that I don't (knowingly) have to appear in front of any of the judges in issue in the near future, and that superior, appellate, and SCC judges are all so noted for having thick skins ... well, at least the former.
