Subject: Recent articles on OJLS

Dear Colleagues

I recently discovered that one could get email updates from the Oxford Journal of Legal Studies, and there are a couple of very interesting articles in the most recent edition - one by a member of this list, John Murphy, "Rethinking Injunctions in Tort Law", and another by Brodie on "Enterprise Liability: Justifying Vicarious Liability" (although I must say the second article would have benefited from some interaction with the papers by John, Rob and others in the Emerging Issues book when it moves to suggest an imminent expansion of vicarious liability to independent contractors).
