Dear Colleagues:

Two Questions:

1) Do any of you know any case or treatise that makes the point explicitly that the tort of (3 party) intimidation has been absorbed into the unlawful interference tort?

2) Does anyone know of any good theoretical discussions of 2 party intimidation?
