A little while ago I announced the publication of Charles Mitchell and Paul Mitchell, eds., Landmark Cases in the Law of Restitution (Oxford: Hart, 2006).

First apology, I said 2005 when I meant 2006. Second, I only later realized that the e-flyer that I attached was a hefty 5.9 MB, for no apparent reason, which is too large to send out over a listserv. Some RDG members' accounts bounced the message due to its size, and even for those who got it, it is more data than you would reasonably have expected to get without a warning.

The flyer offers a 20% discount from the list price of £50, and if there is anyone who did not get it but would like it, let me know. It is easy enough to reduce it to a more manageable size.
