Now out, at least in the sceptered isle, is Burrows and Rodger, eds., Mapping the Law: Essays in Memory of Peter Birks.

There is a lot of unjust enrichment there, also Roman law and legal history; a scholarly feast to honour Peter's memory and his legacy.
