In an action for psychiatric harm caused by stalking, the Queensland District Court has recently held that there is an actionable right for invasion of privacy: http://www.austlii.edu.au/au/cases/qld/QDC/2003/151.html. The judge expressly takes up the apparent invitation in the High Court of Australia's decision in ABC v Lenah Game Meat at para [107].
