Here are some of the more important classical and canonist texts mentioning restitution and/or unjust enrichment (in English where possible).

Modern Civil codes have developed this material in very different ways. A useful selection of material is available at the Ius Commune Casebook site. Here are some provisions of modern codes and relevant articles (in English where possible). One useful translation engine is here.
