Welcome to the archive pages of the Obligations Discussion Group (ODG).
This list was established in June 2002 by Professor Jason Neyers of the University of Western Ontario Law School, at the prompting of the Canadian torts/delict professors.
The purpose of the list is to discuss issues relating to contract, tort, and other civil wrongs from an international perspective.
